Clean place with attentive staff. Stunningly beautiful view over the ocean. Convenient location near Mu Ko Lanta National Park and the island for scuba diving. Close to good restaurants.

Location: the hotel was just next door to all the best beaches: Kantiang, Bamboo, Klong Jahr and others, numerous caves or Mu Ko Lanta National Park and a rocky cliff. Visited Why Not Bar for a few drinks, it was at a short distance from the venue, recommend.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were poorly trained.

The hotel was in an excellent location. Impressive to see a monkey family passing through the garden. Very close to the restaurant for orders, all the beaches, and the ocean.

our room was modern, huge and equipped with large bathrooms as well as air conditioning. location: the hotel was next to a quiet and decent beach and amazing bars / restaurants and the garden.

The location was excellent - not far from all the beaches, caves, Mu Ko Lanta National Park, and Main Street with various bars. the room included a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and climate control.

the rooms were amazing. The staff very helpful in all domains. the view from the room to the pool and where the sun is set is also wonderful. Very close to one of the beaches. Very quite compared with other places, including in Ko lanta

Most of the staff had a reasonable level of English (would be good if it could be improved). Note that this was still the best level of spoken english by the staff that we encounter in Thailand.

The location in a well-kept area was comfortable and there were a little market and a market nearby. The room was both new-fashioned and huge with the bathtub, large bathrooms, lovely balcony.

Nothing could have been better.

Food in genereal was great. Service as well was nice with a very pleasent and attentioned staff

The Houben was everything we had hoped it would be - very modern, with large rooms looking out over the sea. The red infinity pool was lovely. The staff were some of the nicest we have ever met and it felt as though they were part of one big happy family. I highly recommend a stay at the Houben for relaxation and excellent service.

The rooms here are modern and fantastic, and it is situated right by the sea.

The hotel was excellent - we had no issues or complaints whatsoever.

The bed was huge - bigger than a superking and ultra comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I've had.

The staff aren't that experienced and didn't deal with some minor issues we raised, such as a chair missing from the balcony. Minor stuff, the place is great.
